Deaf Parenting Project

The Deaf Parenting Project was formed in response to the lack of accessible information available for Deaf parents. A member of staff from DPPi got together with organisations working with deaf people, deaf parents and professionals as well as mainstream parenting organisations to form a working group. This group meets regularly to look at ways of improving information and service provision for deaf parents. Advances have been made in the area and the group is currently involved in:
