The cartoon depicts a swimming pool in which a number of children are swimming. The mothers of the children sit on benches around the pool, watching and chatting to each other. All except one mother, a wheelchair user, unable to get down the stairs to the pool. She sits at the top of the stairs with a hailer, calling out “That’s it son, kick your legs – Well done!”
