Prenatal and Postnatal yoga/therapeutic movement & relaxation.

Hi

I am an Occupational Therapist, parent to two small children and registered Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga Teacher.

I am keen to launch (and am in the very early planning stages) an accessible pregnancy/post natal yoga/movement based class for parents to be/parents in this community and would like to hear from anyone about what would most helpful and practical.

I am planning this as an online class, chair and/or mat based over blocks of 4-6 weeks. I want it to offer a movement and meditation practice that supports parents to be/parents through the journey of preparing for the birth of their baby and in the post natal period after their baby is born (and all the joyful challenges that includes!!)

As an OT I want this to be adaptive yoga which also meets the functional/every day needs of the community of parents so will design a practice that offers support for your own mobility/feeding/baby care/your own self care/ etc.

The practice will be available with a suggested cost and a 'what you would like to pay' option to hopefully ensure it is inclusive as possible.

Please contact me and let me know if this sounds like a class that might be of interest to you. I can speak with you directly and offer lots more information about prenatal/post natal yoga. Feel free to look at me on linked in/www.jessamychanelyoga.com.

thanks

Jessamy
